I'm a clinical psychologist, currently working at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Hampton, Virginia. Most of my work there is with pain and anxiety, and I direct the Chronic Pain Program. I also work Online (in the evening and on weekends).  For almost 10 years I was the About.com Guide to Mental Health Resources, and in the summer I taught Health Psychology at the College of William and Mary. I've stopped both of those activities as I try to simplify my life a little.
